Stockholm, Sweden

Zane and Annika

We’re (finally) getting married in beautiful Stockholm! Let’s just say the original timeline got slightly rearranged thanks to a joyful little plot twist at home. So, we hit pause, embraced the chaos, and now we’re more than ready to celebrate.

It’s worth the wait, and we’re so happy to share this moment with all of you — from Manila, Stockholm, and everywhere in between.

You’ll find all the important details on this website — what’s happening, where, and how to RSVP.

We can’t wait to see you in Stockholm.

The Celebration

We’ve planned a weekend full of celebration, connection, and unforgettable moments — and we’d love for you to be part of every bit of it. Below you’ll find the details for each event, including times, venues, and what to wear.

Practical Tips

Essential information for our friends traveling from abroad.

Inga Kontanter (Cashless)

Sweden is almost entirely cashless. You'll probably see 'Inga Kontanter' everywhere. Only grocery stores and pharmacies have to accept cash.

Insider Tip Bring a credit card or set up Apple/Google Pay before you arrive. You can even pay for public transport with just a tap of your card.

Tipping Culture

Service is already included in the bill. Tipping is not mandatory, but common for good service.

Insider Tip At dinner, it's polite to round up or add 5-10% if the service was great. For lunch or drinks, tipping is rare.

The Art of Fika

Fika is much more than a coffee break; it's a social ritual. It's about slowing down and enjoying a coffee with a 'bulle' (cinnamon or cardamom bun).

Insider Tip Mellqvist or Stora Bageriet are perfect spots to experience your first real Swedish Fika.

World Class Tap Water

Sweden has some of the cleanest tap water in the world. It is perfectly safe and delicious to drink straight from the faucet.

Insider Tip Don't buy bottled water! Just bring a reusable bottle and fill it up anywhere.

Plugs & Sockets

Sweden uses Type C and Type F (Schuko) sockets with a standard voltage of 230V and 50Hz.

Insider Tip The Philippines uses different plugs, so make sure to bring a universal adapter!
